Great for Couples Looking for Relaxation
I soaked in the hot spring every night. And the ice cream treats after the onsen were a sweet icing on the cake.
It was a bit pricey but still worth it.

The hotel is clean and located next to the Hatchobori subway exit. The onsen (communal bath) and sauna are excellent.
The rooms are expensive, but still very small. There was no space to put our suitcase flat on the floor.

Liked my stay, had a really good experience. That was beautifully decorated and fully equipped hotel set in nice quiet area, so close to convenience stores, restaurants and metro and about 20min walk from Ginza and also Tokyo Station and Tsukiji fish market and Ginza. The breakfast was sumptuous for very reasonable rates and had good choice of food. The staff, everyone, was very helpful and particularly helpful. Also, location was comfy and peaceful, at a short distance from a sprawling wholesale fish market😃

Hot springs and tasty treats
After a day of exploring Tokyo, the onsen was a perfect retreat. Free ramen at night was a warm surprise.
The room, while comfortable, had limited storage space making it a bit cramped with two large suitcases. A bit more space would definitely improve the experience.

The hotel was much better than I'd previously experienced in Tokyo - and a bit cheaper, too. Rooms were small but not tiny, breakfast was really nice, the onsen was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me (near the company I was visiting) and next time I go to Tokyo I'll be disappointed if I can't stay here. Highly recommended!
I am struggling to think of anything negative to say about this place!

Staying at this place was lovely, especially for our dog! The hot spring was a fantastic way to unwind after exploring the city. The breakfast options were abundant, and we never wanted for anything. We enjoyed the good yogurt milk post-soak.
In my kids' opinion, the room could have used more space for our luggage.

Excpept for room size and location everything is superb and very good value. The sento (public bath) area is exceptionally nice. There are free internet terminals in the lobby and you can do your laundry for free (!) while soaking in the sento.
The location is somewhat inconvenient (except for visiting Tsukiji) because it always takes an extra ride to get to the main Tokyo subway ring. (They do, however, offer a free shuttle service to Tokyo station.) The rooms are very small. The sento area for men is superb, the one for women is lacking a cold basin.

The Hotel was easy to find, clean and well equipped. The spa is a great plus after a hard day of job. Excellent breakfast, room dimension ok for Japanese standard. Will come back.

Rooms feel cramped with minimal storage options, lacking a proper desk and closet space, which might not suit everyone's needs. The tight arrangement around the bed can feel awkward with limited room to move around, especially if you have larger luggage. Not receiving clear information about breakfast hours led to a rushed experience, which could easily be improved with better communication.
